    I sleep more after taking the combo 3 weeks. However, I still wake up during the night sometimes. Skin looks brighter. I would continue to consume it.

    Recommend without a doubt

    I have only been taking the menopause pack for 25 days and I wasn’t expecting to feel this good. I honestly thought it was going to take a few months. It did take a couple of weeks to notice the difference, but so far so good. I am pleasantly surprised…touch wood it continues.

    I am sleeping better (although I have added magnesium to my bedtime routine), don’t feel hot all the time (didn’t think I’d ever feel the cold again 😂) and haven’t had a hot flush since the day after starting the pack.

    Overall I love it. Hoping this feeling continues.
