Sweet, healthy and quick Matcha Greens Bliss Balls

A nutrient-dense recipe created by @thefitfeast featuring our delicious Mixed Berry Super Elixir™.

If you're looking for a sweet, healthy and quick snack that will live in your freezer, then you must make these Matcha Greens Bliss Balls! I have used WelleCo's new Super Elixir™ in Mixed Berry flavour, which adds such a delicious depth of flavour, not to mention its nutrient dense properties!

 

Ingredients:

Dry:

1 cup almond flour

1 cup desiccated coconut

1-2 tbsp WelleCo Super Elixir™ in Mixed Berry Flavour

1 tbsp matcha powder

Pinch of salt

 

Wet:

2 heaped tbsp peanut butter

1/4 cup honey

1 tsp vanilla

 

1/2-1 block dark chocolate, melted

 

Method:

1. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together wet ingredients.

3. Mix wet to dry until a sticky dough forms. I like to use my hands. If the mixture is too dry, add 1 tbsp of water at a time until the desired consistency.

4. Roll into balls.

5. Melt your chocolate block.

6. Dip the balls into the chocolate until completely covered.

7. Top with salt & extra coconut.

8. Allow to set in the freezer for at least 1 hour.

 

Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer!
