Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup nourishing chocolate protein
- 1 cup dates
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Method

Blend all ingredients in a food processor for 1-2 minutes.

Add in 1 tbsp water and blend again to form a sticky texture.

Roll into bite sized balls and cover in coconut.

Allow to set in the fridge.
Store in an airtight container.
