Sleep Welle Calming Tea is a blend of potent herbs traditionally used to help calm, relax and ease the mind into a deep restful night's sleep. Each herbal tea bag unites the effects of hops, valerian, lemon balm, passionflower and skullcap to help create a soothing sensation. Incorporate Sleep Welle Calming Tea into your night time ritual or enjoy a cup during the day for a sense of conscious calm and wellbeing. 

Infused with notes of lemon and mango, every sip helps:

 + Support a quality, deep night's sleep

 + Encourage tranquillity and mindfulness

Suggested Usage: Steep. Sip. Sleep. Infuse 1-2 herbal sleep tea bags in very hot water (not boiling) for 2-10 minutes in a mug. When hot, add honey to sweeten if desired. Best consumed without milk. Use up to 3 times daily.

Our sleep aid tea is perfect for the evening after consuming greens powder or vegan protein powder in the day time. Check out our recipes to get the most our of your WelleCo supplements.

Contains 50 tea sachets made with unbleached paper.

Allergens: May contain traces of soy, dairy and tree nuts as product is processed in a facility handling those ingredients.

Storage: Transfer tea bags to caddy or leave in refill pouch. Ensure packaging is sealed properly and stored below 30ºC in a cool, dry place.

WHAT IT IS:

Lemon Balm has been used since ancient times for its sedative properties and was often consumed as a tea.


BENEFITS:

Lemon Balm has been traditionally used to assist with sleep and restlessness. The herb has the power to bring a sense of calmness allowing the body to feel relaxed, and has also been shown to have cognitive and digestive benefits.

Hops

WHAT IT IS:

Hops is the flower of the hop plant (Humulus lupulus). This vine is native to Europe, southwestern Asia and North America, and commonly used as a calmative, to help promote mind relaxation and nervous system health.


BENEFITS:

Hops has long standing traditional use as a bitter tonic to aid digestion, and for its mild sedative properties which can help with nervousness and sleeplessness.

Valerian Root

WHAT IT IS:

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) is a perennial which displays pale pink to white flowers and is native to Europe and western Asia. The potent smelling root is used to help calm the nerves and support restful sleep.
