Protein Choc Chia Pudding

This is your sign to eat more chocolate, especially during your period! This Protein Choc Chia Pudding is our go-to recipe especially when we have our period.

Dark chocolate is rich in magnesium, which helps relax the muscles. It also contains potassium that prevents the muscles from retaining water and being bloated, thus helping ease cramps.

 

Chia Pudding Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp chia seeds

- Dash maple syrup (optional)

- 1 scoop Nourishing Protein in Chocolate

- 1 cup almond milk

- 1 tbsp cocoa powder

- Raspberries to top

 

Mix all ingredients together, and place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight 🥰
