It’s hard to believe another month is in full swing, and yet I find myself saying this every year!
As the lunar year shifts from the introspection of the Snake to the forward momentum of the Horse, I have found that there is wisdom in the pause between: this is a reminder for myself not to rush ahead without honouring what’s already been built, and what my intuition has always known.
Personally, February is always a time filled with love. It was recently my son Cy’s 23rd birthday and to be surrounded by friends and family was a very special occasion. Valentine's Day is also a topic of conversation for many, and my first born son Flynn turns 28 on this day, born on the day of love to expand my understanding of unconditional love.

So, what is love? It’s the highest way to be. It’s connectedness and respect of uniqueness - yours as well as all others and all of nature and existence in its quirks and turns and surprises. Not simply love for another - love for self, for life itself, for nature, for experience, and the very concept of unconditional love - allowing uniqueness and individuality to exist without any conditions - no ifs or buts or onlys.

Take a little time frequently to reflect on love… what it has meant for you as well as the allowance of uniqueness. Not only the allowance of another, but of self, of life, of nature, and of the unseen threads that connect us all and enable us to coexist in peace and mutual respect… without conditions.

Love is not a single relationship, though it may manifest that way. It is a way of being, coexisting in relationship to all of creation whilst holding your own power and wisdom in sacred care.
And as you continue to strengthen your foundations with the right tools and mindset, I am excited to share what’s been on my mind, in my shopping cart, and the focus of my daily conversations.

1. Hybycozo Lamps
The studio of artists Yelena Filipchuk & Serge Beaulieu, based in Los Angeles. I adore this Floating Forest Table Light which turns every room, especially the simplest rooms, into a magical temple space.
2. Oral Care
Each day I use my copper tongue scraper and Nature Reigns Health Tonic+ which contains a blend of nano-encapsulated, therapeutic-grade, essential oils and plant extracts that help alkalize the body and support healthy immune function. With 84 micro and macronutrients, electrolytes, and a pH level of 10.6, this product is designed to detox at the cellular level and support the body's innate healing ability. I love that it has a resonating frequency of 639 Hz (Light, Love and Life), encouraging the cells in the body to communicate with each other, restoring harmony and well-being in the body.
3. Welleda Skin Food
In my opinion, the best and affordable clean skincare products for the face and body. I use the Ultra-Rich Cream and Nourishing Cleansing Balm as a makeup remover. With beautiful ingredients including nutrient-rich sunflower seed oil, my skin is left feeling supple and refreshed. It may not be the best photo and yet I wanted to show you how much I’m using! I’m due for a restock.
4. Bambam Hats
Handcrafted, unisex, custom hats made in Bondi Beach, Australia by the amazing Dave Robledo and shipped worldwide. Mine features a yellow Texan rose and hanaman symbol for Doyle, a boomerang for my home in Oz, my sons’ initials, and a heart because of course - love is so important. There’s also a feather because the boys always collected feathers for me when they were little.
5. Mate the label
MATE is sustainably made with non-toxic, natural, and organic materials. The Los Angeles clothing company is founded by women, run by women, and focused on making products for all women—through every stage of life, which I obviously love. If you’re looking for non-toxic active wear, which is a very big topic of discussion within the wellness community right now, then these are a great start.

6. Avatar
I recently went to see this movie in 3D and I can say that I want to be an avatar - the blue ones, not the green reef ones. Haha. This is such a good film for the whole family!

7. Cloth and Co
Cloth and Co are an Australian brand creating the foundations of a considered wardrobe. The mother and daughter team are united by a shared belief that clothing should be created with intention and purpose - just like how we think about products at WelleCo. Every detail of their collections is thoughtfully considered — right down to the buttons, made from the Tagua Nut (Corozo), a beautiful and sustainable alternative to plastic, acrylic, and polyester that is harvested by hand in South America. They have also built long-standing partnerships with women’s groups across India, supporting training, dignified livelihoods, and economic independence. In this way their garments become more than clothing; they’re a vehicle for opportunity, connection, and meaningful change. Think elevated organic cottons and cashmere. I particularly love these Cotton Cashmere Tees.

8. Ceu Studio Wooden Cutlery Set
Eating with wooden cutlery keeps food closer to its natural state — free from metal interference and more aligned with the body’s preference for warmth, texture and ease. This hand-carved utensils set feels natural in the hands and always brings joy to my eyes, not to mention the amount of people who ask me where they’re from when they come over or see my posts on IG!
9. Rebounding
Probably not the kind you’re thinking! Trampoline Jumping has become my favourite form of movement (and as it turns out, a big trend in the wellness world) — and something I return to every morning. I keep my black BCAN trampoline at home, and I’ll often start the day with a few minutes of gentle rebounding before anything else. It’s simple, it’s joyful, and it wakes my whole body up without strain. Rebounding supports the body through gentle, rhythmic changes in gravity that stimulate lymphatic flow and circulation — systems that rely on movement rather than force. The repeated load-and-release action helps move lymph fluid and improve blood flow all while remaining low-impact and joint-friendly. Because it works with the nervous system rather than against it, rebounding is also associated with lifted energy and mood, making it a sustainable, feel-good form of daily movement. Rebounding has also been shown to support bone density through repeated, low-impact loading and unloading, which is exactly how bones receive the signal to maintain strength. Each gentle jump creates vertical ground-reaction forces that stimulate osteoblast activity (the cells responsible for building bone), without the joint stress associated with running or high-impact exercise — making it particularly valuable during perimenopause and menopause, when bone loss accelerates. Over time, this regular mechanical stimulation helps preserve bone integrity while also improving balance and coordination, reducing overall fracture risk. For me there’s something incredibly grounding about vertical movement — feeling light, but strong at the same time. It’s not about pushing or performance. It’s about keeping the body buoyant, resilient, joyful and alive.
10. Doterra Essentials Oils
Frankincense is my go-to everyday fragrance, with a warm and spicy aroma that has a peaceful and soothing effect to support health and emotional wellness. Frankincense is renowned as one of the most prized and precious essential oils, dating back to biblical times and used by the Egyptians, known for its soothing and beautifying properties to revitalise the appearance of the skin and help reduce the appearance of imperfections when applied topically. I apply Frankincense Oil (only if labeled safe for ingestion) to my thumb and gently press on the roof of my mouth to support healthy inflammatory balance and cellular resilience.

11. Mamoosh Lingerie + Oils
I spoke about my beautiful friend Angie Green and her products in my January edit, and I couldn’t help but mention this Cherry Red Diamond Bralette as a gift for oneself (with benefits to a potential other!) The sheer bralette is crafted from a soft, barely-there mesh with hand-sewn gold detailing for a refined finish. It’s lightweight and comfortable enough for everyday wear, while also elevated and sensual for nights out. I also wanted to mention as a fun Valentine’s gift - Mamoosh’s Black and Cream Intimacy Tinctures:
Black for him - Rooted strength. Elevated desire. This adaptogenic herbal tincture supports hormonal optimization, vitality, and mood through a potent blend of traditionally used botanicals.
Cream for her - Aroused by nature. Made for pleasure. This herbal tincture supports libido, hormonal optimization and mood using a blend of traditionally steeped botanicals.

12. Tantra Studios
While we’re on all things love and intimacy, I thought it was worth sharing an upcoming event (with online resources for those afar) from Tantra Studios, TEMPLE OF TWO: Special Valentine's Evening of Sacred Intimacy.
13. Meditation from Paul Darrol Walsh
Paul has been a constant guiding light in my life, both personally and professionally. He presents a straight-talking, simple, practical approach to consciousness and I love the way he demystifies the current wave of rising consciousness and what it promises us all — a very different world based on unconditional love, real personal empowerment and authentic wisdom. Paul’s book, ‘From Atoms to Angels’ made clear to me the remarkable benefits you can expect in life as you master the powerful universal forces and principles that invisibly shape all existence. I’ve gifted this book many times; it’s such an ‘everyone’ read of a usually complicated, convoluted topic. It is with so much gratitude that Paul has created for our WelleCommunity this cellular alignment meditation, that is especially created for your beauty through wellness journey, to help you to connect with your true self right down at the deepest level. If you want to, you can do it every day, however once or twice a week will be life-changing too.

14. Organic, Bleach-Free Toilet Paper
For those of you trying to clean up your home with toxic-free products, it’s important not to forget about one of the most important rooms, the loo! At home I have Plant Paper: fast-growing, carbon-neutral, and with a unique fiber composition, their bamboo is an ideal source of raw material for producing strong, sustainable toilet paper without any harsh chemicals including chlorine, formaldehyde and many other forever chemicals found in typical toilet paper. I also love the Australian brand Who Gives a Crap for their true blue personality and puns.

15. Vanilla Protein Bars
This is the kind of recipe I love — simple, nourishing, and made with intention. Protein has become a non-negotiable for me, especially as I focus on strength, longevity, and supporting my body through change. These Vanilla Protein Bars featuring WelleCo’s Nourishing Protein are an easy way to build that in, using ingredients I trust and a protein that’s gentle, plant-based and thoughtfully sourced. When I think about nutrition, this is not about overloading or perfection — it’s about consistency, quality and choosing foods that genuinely support your muscles, metabolism and energy so you can feel strong, steady and well in your body.

And that’s it for my February edit. I hope this month with both the Horse Energy and Love frequency surrounding you, brings you much joy, happiness and fulfilled desires.
