WelleCo Community member @carolinehgroth shares her ultimate baked chocolate oats recipe to help balance your blood sugar levels and keep you fuller for longer.
MAKE WELLE:
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Scoop Nourishing Protein Chocolate
1 Tsp The Collagen Elixir
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Cardamom
2/3-1 Cups Water
Toppings: Raspberries, Banana, Peanut Butter, Pepitas
Method:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for a few seconds.
2. Add to a microwave-proof bowl and cook on high for 2-3 mins (if you haven’t added enough water, the baked oats will be too dry)
3. Top with fresh banana, smashed defrosted raspberries, peanut butter, pepitas and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
