Peruvian chocolate gives this heavenly drink the lofty, creamy, sippable texture of a hot chocolate, but without a drop of dairy.

INGREDIENTS
1 scoop Nourishing Protein Chocolate
1 cup almond milk
50g dark chocolate
1 cup ice
TOPPING
Fresh mint
Cocowhip or whipped coconut cream
Raw cacao powder
METHOD
Place the almond milk and dark chocolate in a small saucepan, and heat until the chocolate has melted and has combined well with the milk.
Set aside to cool down for about 15 minutes. Do not add the powder to the hot liquid.
Once cooled down, place in a blender and add the Nourishing Protein Chocolate, ice, and mint. Blend until smooth and pour in a glass.
Top with Cocowhip and garnish with a fresh mint sprig and cacao powder.
SERVES 1 LARGE OR 2 SMALL
