Work your way through these supercharged pick-me-ups. Packed with fresh fruits, greens, THE SUPER ELIXIR and NOURISHING PROTEIN, they are body-rattling goodness in a bowl.
- 1 heaped scoop NOURISHING PROTEIN Vanilla
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon blue matcha (for colour)
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon puffed grain
Blend the ingredients together in a blender until smooth, and top with frozen mulberries, blueberries and puffed grain.
SERVES 2.
- 2 heaped scoops NOURISHING PROTEIN Vanilla
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons dark agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon buckini
Combine ingredients in a high-speed blender and blitz. Top with frozen blueberries and buckini.
SERVES 2.

- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons dark agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- 1 tablespoon puffed grain
Combine ingredients and blitz. Top with frozen raspberries, cacao nibs and puffed grain.
