Our take on classic chocolate milk - without all the nasties.
Created by WelleCommunity member@mikhailatodd, this delicious Chocolate Layer Smoothie will satisfy all your sweet cravings.
First Layer
2 scoops Nourishing Protein Chocolate
½ cup almond milk
1 cup frozen cauliflower
Second Layer
2 scoops Nourishing Protein Chocolate
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon of tahini
METHOD
To make the first layer, blend all ingredients well, pour into a glass and place in freezer while making second layer.
Blend the ingredients for the second layer. Take glass out of freezer and pour the second layer very slowly. Carefully place a fork on the side of the glass into the first layer and drag up to make strokes.
MAKES 1 LARGE GLASS OR 2 SMALL.
