Ingredients:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp WelleCo Collagen Powder
- Toppings: fresh blueberries, banana slices, pumpkin seeds, almond butter, drizzle of honey
Method:
- In a small saucepan, combine oats, almond milk, and cinnamon.
- Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 5–7 minutes until creamy.
- Remove from heat and stir in collagen powder.
- Pour into a bowl and add your toppings: blueberries, banana, seeds, a spoonful of almond butter, and a drizzle of honey.
