Skin-Loving Oats

A warm and comforting bowl of goodness to ease you into the day, packed with fibre and boosted with collagen for glowing skin and a happy gut.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp WelleCo Collagen Powder
  • Toppings: fresh blueberries, banana slices, pumpkin seeds, almond butter, drizzle of honey

 

Method:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine oats, almond milk, and cinnamon.
  2. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 5–7 minutes until creamy.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in collagen powder.
  4. Pour into a bowl and add your toppings: blueberries, banana, seeds, a spoonful of almond butter, and a drizzle of honey.
