OATMEAL

Nourishing and satisfying, oat’sslow releasing complex carbohydrates help sustain energy levels whilst stabilising and slowly raising blood sugar level, so you can work out efficiently for longer.

SUPER ELIXIR Greens

A healthy metabolism provides the body with energy, which is why we included powerful kelp as an active ingredient in our SUPER ELIXIR Greens. A nutrient-rich sea plant, kelp contains iodine to stimulate the thyroid and boost a healthy metabolism. Simply add 2 heaped teaspoons of SUPER ELIXIR to filtered water two to three hours before working out.

DARK CHOCOLATE

Need something small, delicious but powerful? Dark chocolate contains theobromine (similar to caffeine) which is effective in boosting energylevels.
